Hello lsgrant2006,

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

If you are trying to replace a hard drive partition, I am sorry to say that it is not possible unless you would want to format the hard drive and combine that partition into one or several.

If you have installed an additional drive and it is detected as E drive, it cannot be changed to anything else as the system allocates the drive alphabet as per the current system settings.

If you need any further assistance, feel free to message me on Twitter. I will be happy to assist.
