Computer Freezes And Makes 4 Beeping Noises

My son has a Dell xps 8300. He got it for christmas. It's only 6 months old. When he turns on the computer, it freezes and makes 4 beep noise. He is into gaming. So, we tried everything. Any suggestions?                                                             Thanks!
