Can I Save Music Files Prior To Factory Restore?
If I reset my computor to factory settings can I save my music files and restore them completely when I reset my computor? How would I do this?

Unfortunately, the Dell Factory Restore will wipe all the information that you put on the system. If you are wanting to save any data and music files you will need to back them up to a dvd or usb key prior to doing the factory restore.
