No charging as in exactly what? The battery will not hold a charge? No charge indicator is seen?
If the battery is not holding a charge replace it. Then, do NOT leave the new one continuously on the charger. That kills batteries. Charge it only when needed.
If no indicator then the charger/power cord may be bad or the motherboard might be bad. Either way a technician should look at it. You will not be able to make a determination if it's an internal failure.
