Removable Disk Cartridge 500 Gb Dell Rd1000 - Password Remover
Hi! my RD1000 have a problem. My 500 GB Cartrige have information that is very important. I open the cartrige, remode de ATA Toshiba disk, conectet to a PC and he is askink for a password. Is there any chance to get or reset this password? can anyone nows what password is?

Hello emoura,
What you have to do is to put the cartridge back into the RD1000 drive to read the drive. The password is to protect the data incase someone was to take the cartridge and didn’t have the drive bay so that you can’t connect the drive to a pc & read the data & remove it from the cartridge.
