I Am Getting A Message On The Display - System Lock - Chk Bkup Sw Cfg.
We recently upgraded to backup exec 2014, the backups are going through but I am unable to get in to the tape drive and remove or add tapes.

Hello misdept,
What is happening is that Backup exec has locked the system so it is the only one that has control of the PV124T. What you have to do is to run an unlock job on the PV124T & that will remove the software lock and allow you to then eject the magazines & exchange the tapes in the unit.
