Invalid Pcie In The Internal Storage Slot! System Halted

I got the Server arround a week and half. I did all conections, such as ups, monitor, keyboard and monitor. Whem i swichinh por on, he gaves me the error mesage: INVALID PCIe IN THE INTERNAL STORAGE SLOT! THE SYSTEM HALTED!   What do i do?

That message would appear if you have an incompatible or faulty storage controller card in the internal storage slot.  Page 132 of the User Manual discussing the installation of the Integrated Storage Controller Card.  If you have a compatible card installed it may need to be removed and then reinstalled to make sure the connection is good between the card and the slot.  Remove the battery cables before removing the card from the slot.  If you do not remove the battery you are leaving the power connected.
