I Have System With Two Disks And In Raid Utility I See Only Raids: 0 And 1 -

can't create two virtual (Raid 0) disks with 1 disk each. Is it enough to disable Raid Controller as you advised to have simple system with two disks? Thanks Garry

Hi Garry

I presumed your server is having SAS5/iR or SAS6/iR?

To configure RAID using these controller cards, you will have to use both HDDs, you can't configure single HDD even if you are choosing RAID 0.

Yes, you may disable the RAID configuration in system setup if you need to use both HDDs as non-raid configuration.
