E1313 error: Fan redundancy lost. Check fans. Check all the fans to make sure they are spinning. You can use OpenManage to check the RPM's, and set the min\max levels for fan speeds and alerts. Appears you have one or more fans that may not be turning at the required RPM's. Replace as needed.
