Hi zaakb

The turbo mode in Dell PowerEdge R510 is a feature allows the OS to set the processor performance based on the processor utilization by controlling the Turbo mode engagement of the processor. Based on the processor utilization, this feature delays the processor Turbo mode initiation for better power management.

Hope this helps.
