Problum Is My Dell Power Connect 3448 Restart,

dear sir , when i connect to switch dell power connect 3448 for booting.after booting compleet  then switch again restart. and then again booting and after compleet then restart. and again booting after compleet again start so plz help me regardig this . i will be wait thanks best regards Noor

 Is the switch stable enough to enter the startup menu and try and update the frimware using Xmodem?  Page 71 discuss the process of uploading.
