Dell Optiplex 260sx Power Connection Voltage Specs Needed
i need WIRING SCHEMADIC for POWER SUPPLY connection on dell 260sx to build my own, this is a 6 pin connection circluar configuration 2 short pins on top, then 4 larger pin at middle an bottom. this unit is powered by a external supply

I have never seen a schematic for an OEM power supply made available online. I doubt you will be able to find one.
The power connections are standardized. The best I can do is direct you here: http://pinouts.ru/pin_Power.shtml
This web site has pinouts for all sorts of power supplies. You might be better off just buying a new one on eBay. Less chance of getting shocked or causing a fire that way.
