I Have A Dell Ispiron 2020 Desktop Its Suppost To Be Touch Screen What Do I Do?

I Have A Dell Inspiron 2020 And It Was A Christmas Gift It Was Ordered Off Of Qvc And They Said It Was Touch Screen They Sent A Dvd Called "touchscreen Family Software Suite"! What Do I Do To Get It Touch Screen?

According to the product specifications provided by Cnet.com, Dell Latitude E6530 does not have an touch screen feature. This device has only a touchpad which serves as a built-in pointing device. You can read the full specifications of this laptop here:

Unfortunately, the Inspiron 2020 is not a touch screen system. The inspiron 2330 is touch screen. You may want to contact QVC and return the system for a touch screen are get a refund.
