Dell Lattitude E4310 Won't Charge

Hi delenhde,
I would suggest checking the battery is detected correctly in your system BIOS, if not, try reseating / swapping with a known good battery would be best to see if the issue is caused by the connectivity on the motherboard or the battery its self failing.
Making sure the system BIOS are up to date can also help with connectivity issues.
