How Do I Recover My System Or Administrator Password?

Currently I'm locked out of my Dell windows 7 laptop because I did forget my system or administrator password. I'm looking for a program or software that can help me with recovering my system password. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Hi. Trusting that you will use the foregoing method on your own computer or on one you obtained permission to retrieve a lost or forgotten password from. Download the Ophrack.IOS and burn it to a disc or make a bootable USB and boot from it. When all is done right, the program should retrieve all forgotten user passwords and display them respectively.
