My Dell Inspiron N5110 Laptop Has Stop Communicating With Battery, Like A Deskto

My dell Inspiron N5110 Laptop has stop communicating with battery, like a desktop. It is the same battery I have used over a year. The battery and charger however work on another dell laptop. but another battery and AC charger still do not work on my own. Please help me as soon as possible
