My Inspiron M5030 Will Not Boot.
When its turned on, all I get is a white screen and nothing else happens

Try starting up your computer and press the F8 key. Once you have the options on the screen choose the one that reads "Last Known Good Configuration" to see if that will resolve your issue. Post back if this does not resolve your issue.
