Inspiron M5030 White Screen When I Move Screen

Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team. Try connecting an external monitor to check if the display is white. You can try resetting the LCD cable. Refer to the below link, click on manuals, and refer to page 15 to check the display cable.
