what can we do .. Is this related to hard drive??

Hi Paparico,

This error message comes up when the hard drive has failed, usually because of bad sectors. So, would recommend replacing the hard drive of the system to fix the issue.

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Seems hard drive has gone fauly.
However, you may try to reinstall OS. If issue persist, then i am afraid you need to replace the Hard drive.
