Waste Toner Cartridge Replacement
after replacing the waste toner cartridge, the machine still asking to replace it, it wont except new cartridge for some reason

I would suggest you to follow the below mentioned steps that might help you to fix the issue:
1) Reinstall the cartridges again.
2) After that clean the LED print heads.
You can refer to the below mentioned link in case you need help replacing or cleaning the print head. I would also suggest you to make sure that the cartridges which you have bought are compatible with the printer.
