I Can Not Get The Menu Screen To Come Up On My Dell 4100 Mp Using The Remote.

When the remote projector control is not smooth or operating in very limited range, please follow below procedures for troubleshooting. 1. Battery low? Check if the laser beam transmitted from the remote is too dim. If it is, replace it with 2 new AA batteries. 2. If the batteries are not low, the projector may be operating in very "noisy" RF environment with the interference from other wireless devices.
