Hi,
I work for Dell's Social Media Team. Click on start, control panel, devices and printers, right click on your printer and click on properties, on the Ports tab of the printer Properties, click Configure Port. UNcheck the SNMP Status Enabled box and click OK.
If this does not help, I recommend you update the printer driver using the below link.
