Computer Log In Password
I have a dell insprion 560 which is over the timeline for warranty support.I have upgraded to hp and now I'm having promblems remembering my login administrators account password.When I choose reset password it requires a reset passwrd disk,I've called support and they want to charge,I registered the product when I bought and feels like I should be able to answer some security questions to remedy this.I'M trying to donate this computer to a church's childrens learning center and would like to elliminate my user account and picture. CAN ANYONE HELP. Billy Jenkins
