Notice Of Complaint Confirmation #98841413

To whom it may concern, I attempted to stay at your hotel on Aug. 1, 2016. We refuse to pay for the following reasons:We found the hotel questionably clean.The WiFi and swimming pool were not able to be used.We requested a cot which we did not recieve until requested a second time.We discovered the room door to courtyard would not lock and when we told manager Kelly Kado about it he said all the rooms were like that. Mr. Kado was very rude and did not seek out any resolution except for offering us a new room which was unacceptable due to lack of security of all the rooms in hotel.We did not feel safe and felt like we had no other option but to leave. We requested our money back from Mr. Kado but he refused and therefore we left and will not pay for the room.I have notified the Days Inn Corporate offices regarding this.
