Complaints Not A Question

Unfortune stay in Effingham, Il...everything wrong. Gave our room to someone else; our card charged totally different amount than what our bill showed. WE DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING there, and now have two questionable charges. They obviously put our card number on someone else's bill (distribution of privacy???) Want our card credited. Very disappointed with this establishment and it's employees. Put us in a very bad situation. Want a total refund. Since our stay in Effingham, Il we have had questionable charges on our card. Employees gave us no help at all; they told us they could do nothing at all to resolve the issue.
