How Can You Company Charge Your Master Card For A Day That You Have Not Stayed A

Hi My Name is Vivian McConnell, My husband Vaughn McConnell and I booked two dates for staying at the days in in Londa=on Ont the one on Wellinton Road. I call ahead of time and booked the 22nd of Dec and told them we will be late as we are flying late and that was no problem,then I also booked Jan 3/11 . Well we got there on the 3rd they did not have us booked in. Mean whie as they were looking on went on my computer and was checking my Master Card and I was socked to see that Day Inn had put in for two days. One was the 27th, which I understand was posted then and that one was for the 22 the first day we stayed. Now the other one was Dec 30th/10 and we did not stay another day. They went and checked it out and they told us the put it in as they wanted to month end done. OK momnth end but I did not book until Jan 3 so that has nothing to do with Dec/10. Need less to say we were very upset as what if we had canncelled and they already took payment for a day we were not there and then telling at first we have nothing booked for you at all. I am not sure if I will ever choose Days Inn again and we have staye there before.  I really would like you to check this out and explain to us how they can go ahead and charge for a day we were not there and then say we have nothing for you. Is this how they run there bussiness and now I am worried about them using my Master Card whan they want to.  Thank you for reading this letter and hope to hear from you soon.
