Directv Hr23-700 Won't Turn On

Hi, try unplugging the power cord in the back of the unit, as well as the cable input. Leave them both unplugged for several minutes, then plug them back in and power on the unit. If it doesn't come on at all, it may be time to replace the HR23. (After turning it on, give it a minute or two to come on -- sometimes when it boots up the display turns off but the receiver is still running, and the display will come back on after a minute or so.)
