Unsupported Mode Message
I turned on the TY system and got Picture and sound but it would not change channels and then the TV went blank and then received unsupported mode message.I unpluged power to both tv and HR24-200 and still came up with same message.I also tried reset button on HR24 same results.I could not get 480i light to go out and 720p to come on

Most likely, you have set your resolution too high. There is a button on the front of your receiver...click on it until you reach the highest resolution your TV can display.
Here's some good information on the issue.

"My reciever locked up the other day and after resetting it I got this same message. I have a 42" sammy plasma. The box was coming up in 480i. I hooked the components up and I got a picture. While connected through the components I switched the resolution back to 1080i. When I went back to the HDMI input I had a picture again. So make sure your HR20 is set to 1080i."
