This card is a D-Link DFE-530TX PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter.
It supports:
• Fast Ethernet 100BASE-TX
• Ethernet 10BASE-T
Jumperless Hardware
Auto-negotiation functionality
Media interface: RJ-45
Host interface: PCI 2.2 Bus (Bus Master)
I/O & IRQ base address: Assigned by Plug and Play system
Software drivers available for: Microsoft Windows 95/95 OSR2/98/98 SE/2000/Me/XP

It is an older PCI card but it is compatible with Windows 7. Windows 7 included drivers to support the card.
