Collision Led

I have two computer rooms that every computer room has a different switch, class 5 and class 4. class 5 switch is connect to switch of class 4 and class 4 is connect to the hub. when I connect the hub with a regular RJ-45 cable to the main switch the collision led is turning on and flushing all the time. it is causing to that I don"t have network connection.   Do you know what is the problem.   thanks in advance, Edan Lloyd
