Dcs 5605 Camera Doesnt Want To Work Outside Of The Building.

my new dcs5605 camera works flawlessly inside my hospital but crashes on a regular basis when it is mounted in its housing outside.....i can repeat this behaviour consistantly by plugging the camera into a fully charged ups device indoors where it never fails and then take the same set up outdoors and it will fail to boot up properly. if i am under roof of any sort it appears to work just fine but out in the exposed world it isnt happy.........have purchased a second to see if the first was a fluke........it is not. do you have a firm ware issue.? can i update?
