Just Bought A New Zte And I Can't Hear On Calls Unless I Use Speaker. Volume Up

Greetings - The speaker from which you are to hear the voice of the person on the other end must have issues.

1. If ever it never worked right since purchased, then it may have a mnifacturer fault and thus should either be taken back for exchange or have your nearest phone repairs shop take a look at it (if for some reasons you cannot have it returned.

2. If the phone did work right until lately, the headphone/charger jack or slot may requires some cleaning (preferably from the inside with methylated spirit). Have your nearest phone repairs shop do this for you.
