Just Bought A New Phone On 6/4/14

can i get a new /different phone since i just bought it? The gate where the memory card came off while in the phone

If the phone is under warranty then you will need to call the manufacturer. Assuming this issue is covered by the warranty, you should be able to get a replacement.
