My Volume To Hear Calls Is Extremely Low - Have To Use Speaker Phone To Hear Cal

Just got replacement phone after charging port went bad. Can barely hear calls with phone up to my ear - have to use speaker phone. Got blue tooth and now that volume is low even on the loudest bluetooth setting - help!!!

when your on the phone try turning up the volume, it can only be done while your on a call. that should help
