How Do I Report A Scam?

Someone is running a scam on 106 Royal Oaks, Anderson,SC29625. Under homes for rent, trying to get people to fill out applications and send deposits for the rental. I am the real estate listing agent and have been called by numerous potential victims. My name is Winnie Stroman. I am with Hartwell Lake Properties. My number is 1-800-289-5259, direct cell is 864-353-3586. Owners of the property are Ralph & Emma Becraft @ 352-341-1143. I have a sample of the email he sends to people he says he will rent to and asking for their deposit. I will be happy to forward it if you can give me an email address where this can be resolved.
