Possible Phising? Can U Help?

i have had a acct at craigslist for the past couple years, and just in the last week, someone has been able to access my account, remove my postings and post thier own. I have removed the postings they did, and changed my password,,, but it has happened again... is this something i need to involve the police in, or should i just cancel my acct?
