I Have A New Craigslist Account But Can Only Access The Old One! Help

I opened account several years ago. A new account was opened within the last week, I only want to use the new account. How do I get rid of the old account? How do I access the new one.

You can try logging out of your old account and logging back in with the new account.

However, per Craigslist Terms of Service, a user may maintain and use no more than one account. Therefore, since you keep getting your old accout, Craigslist may not allow access to your new account due to this account considered a duplicate. But you never know, so you may still want to try logging out and back in anyways.

If you can not access the new account you may also try contacting a Craigslist Rep by using the Contact Craigslist link and filling in the online form.

Not sure if this will resolve your issue. But hope it helps.
