Why Am I Not Getting Responses From Craiglist?

I asked for information for an item on the post using the yahoo mail received no response, emailed customer support have yet to receive response. am not able to talk to a real person just contact us by email, but no emails have come through. This has happened before but that time it was a small item. I have been checking spam and even trash for the last few day and nothing. I really wanted this item but am stuck in the email black hold. Sorry for your problems, but you seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with Craigslist. Craigslist's one-on-one support is essentially nonexistent. You can always turn to Craigslist's help page at http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/, which is pretty good. (Or submit your question to us at Help Owl!) There's a "contact us" link (you can use https://losangeles.craigslist.org/contact), but don't count on any response or action. It's a long shot, but you can also try Craigslist's listing at http://www.elliott.org/company-contacts/.
