Misplaced Or Lost Receipt May I Get A Copy?

If the lost receipt is from an online purchase, you can sign into Costco.com and go to your My Account page from that page you can open your Order Status & History to print that information.
If you are talking about an in-warehouse purchase receipt, first contact your local store and inquire. If you are told by the person that they don't know, ask to speak to the manager. Costco does have a record although you might have to call 1-800-955-2292 to inquire or be referred. Have your membership card handy when you call; you'll need your membership number.
