Need To Return Item Purchase That Need To Be Replaced

I purchase a micolife blood pressure monitor from Costco located in Waldorf MD.  I used it a couple of times and it worked.  Now the sleeve is not working to record the proper bp reading.  I hear it hizzing sound like there is a leak in the sleeve.  I need to return it for a new one but I misplaced my receipt.  What can I do.

Simply take it back to the store, no receipt needed. Since your purchases are recorded by your membership ID, they can look it up with no problems.
