Since the membership card is scanned at the time of warehouse store purchase, it is possible that Costco still has a copy of your purchase. If you purchased your computer online you can look up the order number by logging into your Costco account.

In either case, take the computer to the Customer Service desk at your Costco.

It could be that too much time has passed and you will have to fall back on your warranty.  Did you register the purchase with the manufacturer online or send in the warranty registration card afte your purchase?

Another way to find a receipt of sorts is if you charged the computer. Check your credit card statement if you did pay that way and the computer was the only item purchased that day from Costco.
