How Can I Update My Compaq Nc8000 Without Internet?
I bought this compaq online from a personal seller and it will not connect to the internet..

To upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10 offline, you would need to download the Windows 10 ISO or create bootable Windows 10 installation media on another PC that is connected to the Internet and then use that to perform the upgrade offline
Please note, upgrading to Windows 10 from Windows 7 is no longer free, the free upgrade period ended 3 years ago . .
