Microtower Computer Dx6120

My hp desktop computer turns on but at the same time on the power light it shows red light indicating what is the cause of the problem and the screen stays black??

There is a link to troubleshooting in the manuals section. In that manual there is a section page 24 gives the result you have. Appears to be a heating issue so maybe your fan has failed.
