Want To Boot Usb

please need the solution i want to boot external hard disk but computer is not recognizing the External Hard disk regards Malu

If you believe that the external drive you are currently using is still working properly, there might be a problem with the USB cable. Make sure that the USB cable is working and properly connected to the USB port. You may be required to replace the USB cable with a new one. Here's the link to the products list page.
