Can I Use Another Hd From Another Laptop With My Evo N600c?

No reason why not if it is the same type. IE SATA. An IDE drive would be incompatible. As to size most laptops will support at least a 500gb drive. If you search www.HP.com ; for your laptop you can obtain the specifications of the drives supported. A drive from another laptop is unlikely to work first time without re-installing the O/S.
