Bt215 In Not Discoverable
my cobra phoneLynx BT 215 is not discoverable by my smart phone i also tried many other phones although I followed the instructions by holding the button for 3 seconds till it starts to blink one per second in a blue color but its not working

If you've followed the pairing procedure & the device will not pair. Has the BT device ever paired to any phone, if not it may be defective. I suggest yo call the Automated Help Desk (English only) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 773-889-3087.
