I Need Immediate Help With The Auto Renewal. Call 603-315-1100. Pls

I did not want to renew Classmates and did not know about auto renewal or remember. I was waiting for an email that my membership needed to be renewed. I am retired and my husband just retired. I suddenly saw $59 on my account. I have very little in my account right now and would like to cancel and get a reversal. It is amazing to me that it happened a couple of days before the old card expired, which I thought at the very least, would prompt Classmates to ask me to renew. Also seems weird that you have no contact numbers in my account. None of this seems right.

Sorry for your problems. If you wish to cancel (and haven't done so yet), follow the instructions at http://www.classmates.com/sitesearch/help/article?articleId=4384&keywords=cancel. If necessary you can dispute unwarranted charges with your credit/debit card provider. You can also complain to the state of Washington's Consumer Protection Division at 1125 Washington St. SE, Olympia, WA 98504.

we are just experts from helpowl.com, apart from classmate.com. classmate will refuse to refund you as you signed up for auto renewal not manual renewal. lot of people are complaining about this and they never received any refund from classmate.com.
