Yours is one of a great many similar complaints about this company; sorry for your problems. If you wish to cancel (if you haven't yet done so), follow the instructions at:
http://www.classmates.com/search/help/article?articleId=4384&keywords=cancel

This should stop future charges but may not affect outstanding charges. To reverse outstanding charges, send a certified snailmail to the company, giving them a reasonable time (say 10 days) in which to respond. Then if you don't receive satisfaction you will want to dispute the charge with your card provider—but observe that bank's time limits, which you can learn by phoning it.

Here's Classmates's address:

Classmates Online, Inc.
P.O. Box 1269
Renton, WA 98057

You can also reach Classmates at 206-301-5700, and write the company with this form.
