When Turning Right It Sounds Like Something Is Rubbing Against Rubber.

I have a 2009 HHR LT SUV. When I turn right and when the steering is returning to the normal position. It will sound like rubbing against rubber or a grommet that is out of place. It is an intermittent problem, but is starting to happen more often. Also I have very low mileage, just over 14000
