How Do I Contact Them By E-mail To Make A Complaint?
When sailing from Hong Kong to Singapore, I bought cigarettes on board as a gift. I was not told that it would cost me S$77 (obout GBP 40) to declare them in Singapore!! No advice was shown when buying them to advise this. Strange that, despite advice on Celebrity today that people should declare tobacco and alcohol to customs, only about 4 British people were at the customs desk. Presume the remaining 2,000 passengers risked jail or a heavy fine! Where to go for some kind of compensation?
